News from the summer guest programme

Davos Klosters starts again with its popular summer guest programme. New this summer are a GPS treasure hunt and a tour to the “Silberberg” in Monstein. And the vintage car tour makes a stop at the Rötali manufactory for the first time.

One of the new adventures in the summer guest programme: families go on a GPS treasure hunt for the first time. They discover the mountains and forests of Davos Klosters. Unlike in old treasure hunt films, however, the “X” does not mark the destination. Modern satellite navigation replaces map reading. After a short briefing, you set off with GPS devices in search of the hidden treasure. If you note the waypoints and clues correctly, you will receive the target coordinates.

Discover the silver mountain
Monstein has been a household name ever since Jasmine Flury won the World Cup downhill last year. The village is not only known for the world champion, but also for its nostalgic Walser houses. Few people know about it: The Silberberg near Davos Monstein was a profitable mine in the Middle Ages and in the 19th century. The new excursion in the guest programme includes a detour to the mining exhibition in the “Altes Schützenhaus” and a short hike to the Rosalienstollen, which is easily accessible and easy to reach.

Whiskey and Rötali tasting
It's no secret: whiskey and chocolate are ‘a match’. In collaboration with Confiserie Weber, participants can taste five different whiskies and the matching chocolate at the Christoffel Spirit Store in Davos. Also new: the classic car tour stops off at Christoffel's Rötali manufactory on the first Monday of the month. The family has been making the Graubünden drink by hand since 1910. All new adventures cost a maximum of 10 francs each. The first of over 40 different offers can be booked in the holiday shop since 3 May.
